I'm very sorry that your order has not arrived yet. Your order was dispatched by International First Class Royal Mail on 18/01/2009. The Royal Mail advise that it normally takes 3-7 working days for an International First Class delivery to arrive and most items do arrive well within this time frame, however, it can sometimes take longer and they will not consider an International First Class parcel lost until 21 days have passed. This does not happen very often and it is still very likely that this shipment will arrive within the 21 days. Unfortunately the Royal Mail does not have an option that allows us to track International First Class deliveries once they are in the postal system so we cannot say where the parcel is at the moment. [email protected] and we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered. Please include your order reference number and the date of dispatch, and state that the order has not been received. We will use this email as evidence for the investigation and claim that we will make with the Royal Mail and as confirmation of a lost parcel.
