Hola, el día 25 de este mes hice un pedido en simplygames(a través de googlecheckout) y hoy 29 de diciembre, me han cobrado a las 11h el pedido, y ahora me han enviado este e-mail diciéndome ke mi pedido se ha cancelado.

Although the order cleared through our own order system, our bank then run a host of their own internal checks before an order is cleared for despatch. Unfortunately we are unable to confirm the exact reason for the cancellation although, one of the most common reasons is that the address given does not match the exact billing address of the credit card used
In this situation, our Customer Service Team will not be able to offer further information. However, one solution might be to place a fresh order with us, using a different credit/debit card and to check the address given in your Account Information.
ENTONCES, MI DUDA ES LA SIGUIENTE, me devolverán mis 70€, les he escrito un e-mail a ver que me dicen, estoy muy asustado, además he comprobado mis datos y los tengo bien puestos
