Les comento lo que me paso a mi, tengo tres cuentas creadas (usa,eur,jpn) como mucho de uestedes, desde el pasado miercoles, no me puedo conectar mas a ningun store, buscando por todos lados consegui un mail de soporte de sony, en donde envie mi duda y la respuesta fue la siguiente:

Thank you for writing to us regarding access to the PlayStation(R)Network.
You have reached the department within Sony that deals strictly with the PlayStation(R) products designed for use in North America (United States and Canada). For customer service support in your region of interest, please visit the following URL and choose your country or region:

If you are unable to locate your country or region by visiting the above URL, we apologize for any inconvenience. Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) may not have authorized distribution centers for PlayStation(R) products in your region at this time.
In the meantime, please be aware that due to different television and voltage standards, and a variety of licensing issues, Sony Computer Entertainment has implemented a territorial-based distribution system for its hardware and software. This limits the use of any particular software to play on the console designated for that distribution territory (e.g. North American games will not play in the systems designed for other regions, such as, Japan, Europe, etc.). We do not have any information on adapters or converters made to override territorial restrictions. The various PlayStation(R) consoles and format software titles are only designed to run in their respective regions and countries.

Lo que me esta diciendo aca, es que ahora separaron todo por regiones y paises, y el que esta en usa, no podra conectarse a eur, o a jpn.
Esto da como resultado que el servicio no esta habilitado para latinoamerica, como consecuencia, NO NOS PODEMOS CONECTAR MAS, HASTA QUE HABILITEN ESTA REGION...

SE SOLUCIONO EL PROBLEMA!!, HABIA PROBLEMAS CON LOS SERVIDORES DE INTERNET NACIONALES, POR ESO NO SE PODIA ENTRAR, COMO TAMBIEN A ALGUNAS PAGINAS INTERNACIONALES!!
