Hi!
I’m an Spanish customer of Namco-Bandai games like Eternal Sonata, Soul Calibur, etc. And I’m very disgusted with the treat given to the Spanish community in respect of the game Tales of Vesperia.
Not only we have waited a lot of time since the game was developed in Japan and commercialized in USA, now we have to play a game that in those markets have sell mucho more copies than for example Eternal Sonata (game that came translated to Spanish).
So the product that Namco is selling us at least to all markets that aren´t English, French or German speakers is in any case INCOMPLETE, not only without translation, but even without any extra to compensate that (dual audio option with Japanese track would have been great). And that isn’t all, the retailer in Europe, Atari, hasn’t given us any information about that until less of a week of the release date of the game. So now I have to admit that i don’t know if this is a bad taste joke or simply a pile of nonsense, but Namco have manage to not sell a lot of copies of Tales of Vesperia (included mine) in Spain and in the other countries where the information was mislead or wrong (Atari keeped to tell us until today that the game would be translated to Spanish and with dual audio option)
I hope that in the future Namco will learn of his errors and make things more clearly and efficient.
Have a nice day.

Like a Spanish client of NamcoBandai JRGP games that I am, I would like to express my big disappointment with your latest and awaited game, “Tales of Vesperia”.
At the beggining, ATARI told me (and to the whole Spanish community) that Tales of Vesperia was coming out to our country (Spain) with Spanish texts and both, English and Japanese voices, but the fact is that the game is not in our language so, what happened?
The only thing that I want to know is the reason you came up with for this huge misunderstanding, moreover for not bringing the game with Spanish texts.
I hope you to write me soon.
