Desactivacion de Ps3

Hola, alguién me puede ayudar? Quiero desactivar los sistemas que tiene mi cuenta de consolas que ya no tengo acceso, si tengo acceso a mi cuenta. Pero voy desde el PC a la pagina y le doy desactivar todos los sistemas, me dice que si y en realidad no los desactiva. Ayuda porfa
