AYUDA!!! compra no enviada en the hut.

Bueno pues hice una compra en esta maldita tienda online y no e recibido el articulo.

Despues de mas de un mes y algunas quejas e recibido este correo:

I am sorry that you have not received your order.

Your item was sent to you on 26/10/2009 and we would have expected it to arrive with you by now.

We will need to trace your item and in order to arrange this we will post a self declaration form to you. When you receive this please could you sign and return the form to the following name and address:

Alternatively you can fax this to us on 0044845 862 1118.

Once the form has been returned to us we will investigate further and arrange a replacement or refund as requested on the completed form.
