alguien sabe si amazon.co.uk envian por barco en vez de por avion? es que me han enviado un email diciendo que mi pedido(GO!explorer) estaba pendiente de envio en barco o eso decia el traductor de google

el correo es este:

Tio eres muy bueno con lo del barco, la palabra inglesa ship aparte de barco purede servir para decir mandar, mas concretamente embarcar, se refiere que tu envio estara disponible para mandarlo l dia 16, lunes, el traductor de google ayuda mucho pero no leas a pied e letra, la pagina traduce no interpreta y suena todo a indio. En definitiva que el lunbes te lo envian , sera que hasta el lunes no lo tienen listo y es normal pq el horariio comercial ingles es mas temprano, me parece que a las 4 ya no curran y p eso te ha puesto eso o sino pq hasta el lunes no reciben y tienen disponibles

No no, jeje que confusiones mas raras, es que los traductores automaticos no sirven de nada...

Mira, el traductor ha confundido ship, simplemente. To ship (verbo) es enviar, y ship (sustantivo) es barco. Realmente lo que te dice el email es que ya ha sido enviado, nada de barcos o aviones. El envio es por avion, es lo normal hoy en dia. Si viniera en barco... cuanto tiempo tardaria xD

Pues la verdad que no sé bien, cuando hice el pre-order de KZ2 creo recordar que había un botón para cancelarlo (de hecho lo cancelé una vez y luego volví a reservarlo). Pero no era un pedido, sino una reserva, osea que es distinto....
Y sino lo que puedes hacer es escribirles un email a [email protected] y comentarles esto. Yo les escribí para una cosilla y en 1 minuto me respondieron, más eficaces imposible (obviamente un viernes por la noche no serán tan rápidos XD)

eo hay alguna forma de saver por donde va mi pedido poruqe pedi el k2 el lunes pasao y no me l,o han enviado todavia lo pedi en play.com gracias y sqaludos

No puedes saber por donde va tu pedido a no ser que sea certificado o lo envien por USP.

Si solo quieres ver si ya esta empaquetado o enviado, ves a tu pedido y te lo pone

En teoria te dicen que tienen un problema con la tarjeta y que la entidad emisora no les ha podido resolver el problema. Te pide que revises los datos y que incluso mires la dirección que le has puesto a la tarjeta a ver si es correcta.

Si te da problemas, prueba con otra si puedes...
