Una pregunta...No se donde ponerlo pero he encotrado este hilo y es el que me parece el mas indicado para mi duda.
Pedí un juego a thehut pero no me lo han enviado. Concreta mente lo pedí el día 10 de este mes. Reclamé por que no nunca me habían tardado tanto. Me han constestado esto:
I am sorry that you have not received your order.
Your order has been sent to you on 10/11/09.
Delivery usually takes 10-15 working days from our Warehouse in the Channel Islands via first class Royal Mail. Should your order not arrive to you within that time you need to allow 30 full working days for delivery before notifying us then we can track this with Royal Mail.
