A mi ese trofeo me falta para tener el 100% de HOTD4.
De seguro, al igual que el 3 es pasarse todo el juego con puntuación AAA y supongo que en cada partida que juegues deberás tomar caminos y opciones diferentes y acabar cada capítulo con AAA y el juego con la puntuación final con la misma calificación, un porcentaje altísimo de acierto en el disparo, menor tiempo, etc, muy jodido de sacar.
Yo tampoco encontré nada que a ciencia cierta alguien haya puesto o sepa como conseguir los 4 finales, pero la cosa debe andar por lo que te e comentado.

You should attempt this with the game set to Very Easy and 9 lives/9 credits.
Normal Ending: Just complete the game from the start getting a poor rank.
Zombie Goldman: Complete the game with no continues (You can start from chapter 6 on very easy with 9 credits).
G Ending: Complete the game from the very start and get an A rank on the first 5 chapters, and an S rank on the final chapter. The path choices you make may have an impact for this ending. The ones I took were left, right, and left. I also purposely failed the "shake the controller" part at the end of challenge 5 when the car is trying to push you off the road.
Mystery Man Ending: I got this ending with a few different results. My rankings that got my the mystery man were; S/A/A/A/A/A, A/S/A/S/A/S
