mirando en internet encontre esto,pero al estar en ingles ni idea de que pone,haber si alguien puede hacer un breve resumen de lo que pone

According to one of Microsoft’s lead marketing guys, Jeff Bell, Microsoft has been in talks with Blu-ray for a long time now. With what he’s said, it sort of sounds like Microsoft is a bit concerned over the Warner Bros switch, even though they don’t really say it directly.

Jeff had this to say about the situation, "We've been talking to Blu-ray all along because we have the best piece of software in the business, called HDi. It is the backbone that powers interactivity in HD-DVD and we have that available to potentially partner with others," also during his conversation with 1up, he also had this to say. "You never say never. I think we'd like to see how things evolve. Our commitment, however, to HD-DVD is profound and consistent, and we have done very, very well in term of our accessory sales."

Obviously Microsoft still qualifies Paramount, DreamWorks, and Universal as prime supporters for the HD DVD format, but how long do they feel this will stay concrete? The possibility of both Paramout and DreamWorks jumping ship are very high, as is the opportunity for Universal to back both formats with their decision to not renew their exclusive contract.

This could only mean good things for the Blu-ray format, as expanding your market in any area is only going to do well. Even if it means an add-on for the rival console on the market, it would eventually help put an end to the format war and finally get Blu-ray supporters the entire list of movies released.

Acordando con uno de los vendedores de microsoft, Jeff Bell, Microsoft ah estado en contacto con BLU-RAY desde hace tiempo, con esto el dice que Microsoft esta confundida con la decision de WARNERS BROTHERS, aunque no se lo ah dicho de frente.

Jeff con esto habla de la situación: " hemos estado hablando con BLU-RAY hace tiempo porque tenemos las mejores piezas de software en el mercado, llamado HDi. Es dado que el poder interactivo en HD-DVD y esta disponible para los mejores socios con otros" tambien durante la conversación con 1UP, el tambien dice: " Nunca digas nunca. yo creo que nos gusta ver como evolucionan las cosas. nuestra omnipotencia,como sea, para el HD-DVD es profundo y consistente y esta hecho muy pero muy bien en nuestros accesorios vendidos"

obviamente Microsoft sigue cualificado para Paramount,Dreamworks, y Universal por el hecho del soporte para el formato HD-DVD, ¿Pero cuanto tiempo ellos creen que esto va a estar concreto? la posibilidad de que ambos Paramount y Dreamworks salten de barco son muy elevadas, como lo es la oportunidad de Universal de volver ambos formatos con su desición de no resetear sus exclusivos contratos.

Este hecho solo significa buenas cosas para el formato BLU-RAY, para expandir su mercado en cada area y solo sera para hacerlo bien. Siempre y cuando competir contra los consolas rivales en el mercado.

Listo,resumido 100% y claro con pocos errores, nadie es perfecto.
